Lecture 2. How to put the purpose before oneself and what to do for its achievement?
Lesson:You must to sit down in a quiet room. So, as you comfortable. Better in the evening when there is less noise, but not before a dream. Close eyes. Put before yourself the purpose "..." You pay attention to associations and study to stop associative chains so, that they wouldn’t arise. Thus, training of the second lesson consists of two components: from the purpose, which is set to an organism (not to mind, not by books, not to people), and analytical-figurative representations of mind stops. Time of training from 15 to 25 minutes.
EXPECTED RESULTS: In this lesson you will understand, what is the wandering of mind, how to control it, how to stop, in what direction the real decision of the purpose lays.

I just had this same porreduce done 3 weeks ago, and I am worse off now then I was! I wake every mornging with major lower back muscle spasms.
